One of the most popular activities that we brought back from
last year was Robotics.
It was one that
many of the children, as well as mentors, enjoyed tremendously.
The first project that we introduced to this
new group of students was the Goal Keeper.
The room was filled with the sounds of little fingers fishing through
the box of Lego's in search for the right piece to put their masterpieces
together.
Although it was an entertaining
activity, what the kids did not realize was that they were learning so many new
things while middle of having fun.
