Douglas 4-H Summer Program Reading Week 3

This week we brought the garden and reading together. They drew what they would plant in their garden if they were to have a garden. We also read Plantzilla. They then asked questions about the book and about the characteristics of the plant. Having them ask questions helped them understand the book more, and what it was about.
